Supply Agreement

This Supply Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on [Date] by and between:

3. Pricing and Payment

The price of the Goods/Services shall be as specified in the Purchase Orders. Payment terms shall be [Payment Terms] unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

4. Warranties and Remedies

The Supplier warrants that the Goods/Services shall conform to the specifications and be free from defects. The Buyer's sole remedy for breach of warranty shall be the replacement or repair of non-conforming Goods/Services.

6. Entire Agreement
